We have dedicated teams experienced at carrying out major projects up to and over £1M, whilst we also have the structure and responsiveness to carry out small fit-outs and amendments to existing systems, such as adding or moving a device.

We understand how to operate within a working environment and how important the operation of your business is. Many of our projects are on live working sites, working out of hours or behind the scenes, so that work is carried out “unnoticed” and updated systems are delivered with minimal disruption.

We are specialists in system migrations and have updated obsolete, closed protocol or difficult to support systems. With our manufacturer partnerships we can carry out modifications and upgrades to most systems. And, as an independent company, any system we install can be maintained by ourselves or a choice of other companies, so you’re never tied in and always have a choice.

Thanks to our experience of different disciplines and the wide range of products and systems available to us, we can offer you the best solution to your needs. We’ll always provide the right system to meet your requirements and you’ll also have the benefit of our expert advice at all times.

A key part of our success is our experienced team. The project managers will provide you with a single point of contact, informing you of progress while managing the teams on site. The installation teams have worked together for many years and are used to many different environments. And our commissioning engineers have a vast array of knowledge and experience, many having previously worked for system manufacturers.

We have a “can do” attitude to ensure projects are delivered successfully and to your satisfaction.

Somerset House

Somerset House is a heritage property dating back to 1547 in the heart of London. Although it is well known for it’s outdoor skating rink at Christmas and open air concerts in the summer, it has many other uses and accommodates many other tenants. It hosts the UK’s largest creative community working globally across art, technology, business and social enterprise.

The South Wing of Somerset House had a mix of hard wired fire detection system, an obsolete radio / wireless fire detection system and many aspiration systems, most no longeroperational. The project was to replace all of the systems in the South Wing with a single fire detection system for all areas and provide graphical representation of this wing and two other wings with legacy systems on a single graphics platform.

This was all to be carried out within a listed building with mixed use and different tenants with minimal disruption to day to day operations.
