Our client is of a very high profile and the demands are often huge, with this your service has been outstanding. They do business in a very professional way, their staff are competent and friendly and they always deliver, no matter what the problem or time of day. We were constantly experiencing system failure with our site wide Fire & Voice Evacuation System and were informed by our previous service providers that the systemneeded to be replaced. This would have meant massive disruption and un-budgeted replacement costs. The Senseco engineers visited our site and within two hours our system was up and running and has been ever since. Senseco is a company with commercial integrity who we would highly recommend to all.

Since changing our access control and camera service provider to Senseco, we have noticed a big improvement in the technical  ability and attitude of the service engineers. We recently had a couple of extensions to the access control system. The quote arrived in good time and the install and commissioning was carried out in a professional and timely manner.

Senseco’s compact pocket guides covering the current British Standards on fire alarms and emergency lighting are an ideal, easy to use source of reference for our team of risk control surveyors whilst working out in the field. These assist us in delivering a risk management service to our clients.

I think Senseco Systems have performed extremely well. The project team have been great, and together they have worked to ensure that all angles have been covered, and any risk has been mitigated as much as possible. The project itself has been considerably smoother than I anticipated and we haven’t had any issues that have resulted in any disruption to the business.

The system operation is much easier, and the speed in which it functions has also been a strong positive over the previous system. In summary, I personally am pleased that we opted via the tender process to award the contract to Senseco. The whole process from start to finish has been first class, and should I ever have to do this again then I would have no hesitation in calling Senseco.

Senseco won the bid and all of our panel agreed they were head and shoulders above the competition they showed a deep understanding of the product and communicated this to the project board.

They carried out the work during the evening and into the small hours it is testimony to their work that after our first email to all staff in the building we did not need to communicate anymore until the testing phase of the fit out we had no complaints from any staff Senseco communicated with me prior to starting any new phases they worked well with our resident engineer the whole process was seamless from start to finish our opinion of Senseco is they are a very professional outfit.

Due to our fire panel coming to end of life we contacted Senseco our incumbent supplier who walked us through the options and in detail how it would be changed, training provided and without putting ourselves at risk with no alarm system.

The service was excellent and we are very happy with the end product.
