At the core of our business is the delivery of first-class fire, suppression, voice, security and integrated projects, service and maintenance.

Our independence guarantees you’ll benefit from an unbiased service that focuses on your needs.

Plus, with Senseco you can achieve efficiencies by combining your fire and security maintenance, or installation, while reducing the impact on the environment.

WHO WE ARE

Senseco Systems is the UK’s industry-leading, independent fire and security specialist.  We’re renowned for our expertise in the design, supply, installation, commissioning and maintenance of fire, suppression, voice, security and integrated systems. Our dynamic approach ensures an unrivalled level of expertise, technical competence and, above all, customer service for our clients in London, the South East, and across the UK.

Our independence guarantees you’ll benefit from an unbiased service that focuses on your needs. What’s more, we use market-leading products that take advantage of the latest technology and give you a choice of ongoing support. Plus, with Senseco you can gain efficiencies by combining your fire and security maintenance, or installation, while reducing the impact on the environment.

Senseco was launched in 2009 and we soon grew out of our premises, moving to a new headquarters in Gillingham, Kent, in 2014 to accommodate our expanding operation and the growing demand for our services. Our four directors really do know the industry inside out, as they started out as apprentices and worked their way up, gathering valuable experience and knowledge along the way.

From iconic landmark buildings to major transport hubs and data centres, and a broad range of sites in between, our satisfied customers can testify to our competence, professionalism, and friendliness.  And you can rest assured that we’re fully accredited and qualified to provide you with a professional service. After all, that’s why our customers return to us, time and again.

Compliance

We will work with you to ensure you comply with all fire regulations.

The spotlight has been firmly shone on safety and compliance recently. But here at Senseco we can help to give you the peace of mind you need that you’re meeting all of your responsibilities.

We understand the importance of protecting people and property from harm and complying with the law. And you can trust us to deliver a system that meets these requirements, and more.

While prevention is crucial, we have the expertise to ensure you have the most reliable system in place should a fire occur.

At Senseco we’re LPS1014 certificated, and have full BAFE SP203 part 1 certification for fire detection and alarm, and BAFE SP203 part 3 for extinguishing systems. We also have a whole host of other accreditations. We only install third party-approved products and systems.

We can carry out Fire Risk Assessments (FRAs) for you with our qualified and experienced specialist risk assessors. We can also provide advice on compliance with the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 and offer services to ensure you remain compliant with the law.

CARBON NEUTRAL

CARBON NEUTRAL

PROTECT YOUR PLANET

We know that our planet’s resources aren’t infinite and that it’s up to all of us to reduce our impact on the environment.

But we do more than just talk about it.

At Senseco Systems we’ve acted on our corporate responsibility to help safeguard the future of our planet.

Our name SensEco stands for “Sense” as we are involved in all sorts of fire and security sensors and “Eco” to show our Eco commitment. Our goal from company launch has always been to lead the way in being environmentally friendly and protecting our planet.

We’ve made a substantial investment in eco-friendly incentives to reduce our carbon footprint. And we work with a carbon offsetting company to balance out any carbon we do use.

We’re exceptionally proud to have been awarded the accolade of being the first and, as far as we’re aware, only CarbonNeutral-certified fire and security company in the UK.

What’s more, we’re the first in our industry to launch a Carbon Neutral Fire and Security Maintenance Agreement, which enables you to pass this benefit on to your own clients.

As part of our eco-commitment we’ve introduced recycling systems to our offices and launched paperless systems, with all engineers using iPads and electronic worksheets to transmit data to offices immediately.

We make use of remote diagnostics of systems using Senseco’s ECO (Engineering Communications Online) technology, which reduces site visits and speeds up our response to faults.

We’ve replaced all fleet transport with eco-friendly vehicles, including hybrid technology, while our ‘City Walker Engineers’ make use of public transport.

Plus, our partnership with a carbon offsetting company provides us with access to advice and support.
