We have dedicated teams to carry out major projects up to and over £1M, while our minor projects team covers small fit-outs and amendments to existing systems, such as adding or moving a device.

We understand how to operate within a working environment and how important the operation of your business is. Many of our projects are on live working sites, working out of hours or behind the scenes, so that work is carried out “unnoticed” and updated systems are delivered with minimal disruption.

We are specialists in system migrations and have updated obsolete, closed protocol or difficult to support systems. With our manufacturer partnerships we can carry out modifications and upgrades to most systems. And, as an independent company, any system we install can be maintained by ourselves or a choice of other companies, so you’re never tied in and always have a choice.

At Senseco Systems, maintenance is a primary part of our business. It is our dedication to detail and commitment to providing an unrivalled level of customer service and technical competence that ensures your full and continued satisfaction.

Our unique ability to service and support such a wide range of products and systems enables us to offer very competitive solutions for your building.

We fully appreciate the importance of competence and communication when it comes to the maintenance of a fire, suppression, security, voice and integrated systems.

Our engineers are fully trained and briefed on the required Standards, ensuring we meet and surpass the requirements to protect our clients.

We complete our detailed maintenance regimes in line with the standards and our internal procedures. All of our engineers use iPads with detailed service reports for different types of systems. The reports are emailed directly to you, so there is no delay in receiving them. A copy is also sent to our customer service advisers and, if additional works are needed, directly to our remedial team. We can then ensure any follow-up actions are dealt with swiftly and efficiently.

We’ll keep you up-to-date of progress on all maintenance visits. We also offer you the opportunity to access shared electronic directories specific to your site on a secure server. Through this technology you’ll be able to retrieve copies of maintenance reports, quotations, literature and supporting documentation.

We will always provide you with a fast and efficient service, while also controlling our use of our planet’s natural resources. We rely, wherever possible, on our proven electronic technology to provide the communication and documentation instantly.

Eco - Engineering Communications Online

As part of your carbon neutral service and maintenance contract we can provide you with innovative and market-leading technological solutions. And this is why we have developed an option (subject to your system being technically capable) of a remote diagnostic facility, ‘Engineering Communications Online – ECO’.

This facility offers the chance to remotely dial into your system and perform a regular health check to ensure it operates at its full potential at all times. Plus, we can check the system status before any service visit or in advance of attending a callout. If we require any parts we can advise of this before the visit, therefore reducing return visits with parts, and we can possibly even resolve issues without the need to attend your site.

This useful service offers you immediate response, reduced callout costs and fewer repeat visits. And an added benefit is a reduction in our carbon footprint because of a cut in travel, which further enhances our commitment to the environment.

For fire systems we can also offer the option of ECO Service Monitor whereby we use a cloud-based system to record service activity to give a log of all devices tested and service progress. The same system can provide tools for you to prompt and record weekly testing, ensuring you remain compliant with your responsibilities.

Design & Independent Advice

Design & Independent Advice

Our design and development team will work closely with you to provide an unbiased solution that focuses on your requirements. It could be a highly technical solution using an advanced product or a low cost option to match your budget.

Senseco Systems is independently owned and isn’t tied to any corporate structure, so you can rest assured that you’ll receive the right advice and product guidance when selecting fire or security systems. We work with a range of different manufacturers, so anything we recommend can be supported by a choice of companies, and you won’t be tied in.

We have many years’ experience, as well as practical site and system knowledge, which is why you can rely on us to give you advice when replacing or specifying a new system.

We have our LPS1014 approval for fire detection and BAFE SP203-3 approval for gas extinguishing, which means we have the relevant qualifications required to design systems. Plus, we’ve had extensive industry and manufacturer training across a wide range of fire, suppression, security, voice and integrated systems.

We have an in-house CAD (computer-aided design) team available to work with you and our projects team to support the designs with CAD drawings and full documentation.

Our design and compliance manager is experienced at working with approval organisations to carry out site compliance audits and is qualified to give advice on standards compliance.

We also give seminars and CPD-approved presentations on a wide range of industry topics, from the latest British Standards to innovations in the fire and security industry. We aim to stay at the forefront of our industry, so we can give you the very best advice at all times.

Leasing

What if you want to upgrade your system now but don’t have the budget available?  Leasing could be the answer.

Renting is an affordable alternative to the cash investment required for a new system. This option removes the financial constraints that could compromise key system features.

Leasing is tax efficient with 100% of the rental charge being offset against the business profits. This offers huge cost savings to any profit-making organisation.

If you are a government body, such as a school, you can take comfort that all our lease arrangements attract only fixed charges – for the entire lease term.

As your needs change, the equipment can be upgraded, even if you’ve not reached the end of the lease term.

Leasing is ideal because:

  • It maintains your cash flow and the rental offset lowers your tax liability
  • Our rental is fixed for the term of the lease, which is great for budgeting
  • Lease terms up to six years are available subject to status (three and five years are most popular)
  • It means the new system you need really is affordable.
