Senseco awarded The Shard contract
Following a competitive tender process, Senseco Systems is pleased to announce the award of a security systems maintenance contract at The Shard, one of London’s most iconic landmark buildings.
The appointment follows a multi-stage evaluation that included technical submissions and presentations to the client team. Senseco was selected based on its proven track record in delivering high-quality support services within complex, high-profile environments, along with its strong focus on system reliability, compliance, and customer service.
A key part of Senseco’s approach is structured management and service transparency. Through digital asset tracking and performance reporting, the client benefits from clear visibility of system lifecycle, maintenance history, and service delivery standards — supporting both operational performance and long-term planning.
The contract is supported by a dedicated on-site engineering presence, alongside specialist technical and account management teams. This ensures responsive service delivery, robust system oversight, and consistent communication with stakeholders.
