EST3 INTEGRATED LIFE SAFETY SYSTEM
The Edwards EST3 life safety system combines fire detection, voice alarm and fire telephones into a single system. The system is modular so each panel can be built with the required fire alarm loop cards, voice alarm amplifiers and fire telephone modules. Networking a number of panels together with these integrated components can give savings in cabling and infrastructure.
This also leads to seamless operation between systems achieving complex cause and effects programming without the need for interfacing between the different elements. The EST3 system is used on many large and tall building in London where it really comes into its own. However it is widely used nationally and internationally for a variety of different applications.
