WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR FIRE SAFETY ON YOUR SITE? Do you know your Responsibilities under the FIRE SAFETY ORDER & do you know the consequences if you don't comply?
UK fire safety legislation means the responsible person i.e. a building owner / employer or person who has control over the premises (such as a facilities management company) has many responsibilities. These include carrying out a risk assessment, implementing procedures, taking general fire precautions & appointing competent persons to carry out fire safety work including maintaining all fire safety equipment.
Competence can be assured by employing third party accredited companies (such as BAFE) & this ensures you comply with the law. Various companies & individuals have already been charged for breaches of the Fire Safety Order ranging from fines to prison sentences. To keep your people & premises safe & keep yourself out of prison ensure you only use third party accredited companies for fire safety work.

Senseco Systems has continued its commitment to improve speed of response from site engineer to client and further enhancing our commitment to maintaining our environment by investing heavily in Bluetooth pens throughout the engineering team in all regions.
The Bluetooth pen technology enables the engineer to complete the report or documentation as normal but, by using the Bluetooth pen, all the documentation is immediately communicated through the engineer's mobile phone to the office thus providing an electronic copy of the engineer's reports immediately available for the service desk and support team to respond to immediately.
This documentation is then forwarded to the client electronically reducing paper usage and postage, all of which saves the environment and improves the speed of response to our clients!
